🐾 One Family at a Time

I host one dog family per stay.
This keeps the environment calm, predictable, and comfortable for everyone.

💳 Rates & Payment

My current rates are listed on my Services & Rates page.
For direct bookings (outside Rover):

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates.

  • The remaining balance is due on the first day of the stay.

  • Payment can be made via Venmo, cash, or your preferred method.

If you prefer to pay the full amount upfront, that’s completely fine.

📅 Cancellations & Refunds

Because I hold your dates exclusively for your dogs:

  • More than 30 days before the stay: Full refund of your deposit

  • 14 - 21 days before: 50% refund

  • Less than 7 days: Deposit is non‑refundable

If something unexpected comes up, just reach out — communication goes a long way.

🐶 What’s Included

Your dog’s stay includes:

  • In‑home care

  • Walks and potty breaks

  • Feeding and routines

  • Medications (if needed)

  • A calm, structured environment

  • Updates as needed — I keep things simple unless you prefer more frequent check‑ins

No surprise fees. If anything unusual comes up, I’ll talk with you first.

🏥 Vet & Emergency Info

Before the stay, I’ll need:

  • Your vet’s name and number

  • Any emergency contacts

  • Any medical notes or quirks I should know

If something urgent happens, I’ll contact you first unless immediate action is needed.

📱 Communication

I keep communication clear and low‑noise.
If anything affects your dog’s comfort or safety, I’ll let you know right away.
You’re always welcome to check in.
